Organizing Topics Covered:

a) Outreach to listen to deeply felt concerns and engage people to act; using 1:1 relational meetings, house or small group meetings, and dook knocking.

b) Strategy; research leading to deciding on your issue proposals, identifying the decision-makers, and campaign tactics you will use, 

c) Action to engage decision-makers; accountability meetings, turn out at hearings, press conferences, research reports, electoral action, etc.

d) Evaluation done on-going on what’s working and why, what’s not working and why, next steps to take

And also on leadership development, coalitions, power analysis, staff training and supervision, fundraising, etc.
